How exactly do noobs learn this game? lolz..it seems kinda impossible to learn the game if you can't find a team for your first build player.

It's tough . . . you have to take a few tries at your first player. If you want help building a safety drop me a PM and I'd be glad to give advice, though. It gets easier once you get on a human team, as then usually there will be more experienced guys to teach you some tips.
