He was part of a slow build that fizzled out, so I'd like to sign on with a team that can use a blazer at TE, and might give him a chance to start. Let me know if you're interested.

He isn't completely up to date on equipment, so funds for that would be a bonus.

EDIT: I will be boosting him at the beginning of next season.
