THESE ARE A FEW OF MY NON-BOOSTING PLAYERS. As such, I am seeking only a promise of max XP and significant playing time. If they are starter worthy on your team, great, but that's up to the individual team. If I'm getting 40 plays a game, I'm happy.

Builds are very good for their level, and will absolutely produce against similarly leveled players. All need EQ, and that will be a major factor in my decision.

I can only sign a 1 year contract, because they will fall behind after 1 season given the fact they don't boost. It's just the reality of the situation
