Should I start blocking SAs or get STR/AGI/BLK/SPD to 3-cap first?

Hold off on SAs IMHO. Take as much of an advantage from level increases as possible, SAs are nice, but they're dependent on your attributes. No FB SA is really necessary either, helpful but not necessary.

Strength and agility to the next cap, speed only if your FB is not getting to his blocks fast enough on over 30% of runs.

I'd softcap Vision next.
