Previous team couldn't afford equipment.. I'm not entirely sure how long it's been since I've bought equipment, but he can gain at least 6 points from equipment upgrades.

I'd like him to be a starter, but if it's a heavy passing team in a Pro league I'll consider other situations, especially if he can be a returner also.
