i'm out of subject but i'm not sure there is a cheese name mont d'Or there is a city name mont dore but the only famous cheese on this village is Saint Nectaire .

An excellent cheese too but I was thinking of the one you cut open, fill with white wine & put in the oven then eat like a fondue. Hang on, I should have one in the fridge. I'll edit back in a min.
