Last night the Bloomington Rhino's took on the tenth placed Green Bay Spartans. An upset looked on the cards after Green Bay potted a field goal only minutes into the match. Green Bay was causing trouble for the Rhino's offense all over the park with many fumbles occurring throughout the match. This spririted defensive effort was not enough to prevent a TD for Bloomington 1:37 before quarter time. the margin was again narrowed to just one point mid-way through the second quarter, with Green Bay playing blinding football. Unfourtunatly they couldn't sustain it and Bloomington ran all over them in the last quarter score two TD to win 36-6. The game was a testament to Bloomington's extraordinary depth and stamina.
The win puts the sides winning streak out to 11 games.
Next week Bloomington is back home at the zoo to take on the last placed Buffalos.
