Our current lvl 53 QB appears to be leaving after this season. (78 TD's/ 11 Int)

We run a 1 QB system in a pass heavy offense. We have a good stable of WR's for a QB to excell with.

I GM for this team but I'll add to the owners above post....

--we have currently re signed all but a few of our guys for season 9. As we only do 1 year deals (except for those who request longer deals) this shows a very dedicated group of agents IMO....
--of the few players who will leave the team soon, 2 were "loaners" from another team in our team "network" who needs them back in season 9, 1 is bored with GLB and is quitting, while only 2 (including our QB) are leaving to join other (friends?) teams....
--we have half a dozen "extra" guys (mostly the owners guys) who we can use as trade bait to fill out any holes that develope, or sell them for cash....
--we are also bringing in a few of our current agents guys, who are currently on other teams, who wish to move them to this team to play or be used as trade bait/cash sales....
--we had the #3 passing offense, based on yardage, of the 32 teams in the league, in season 8....
--while we finished 8-8 we lost 5 games by less than 10 points in this very tough, deep league....we expect to make a VERY solid run at the trophy in season 9, when we get a solid relacement QB....

look at our roster, look at our stats, look at our WR's....I may be biased but this is a QB's dream job....

My guy looks to be a bit of a downgrade from your current guy but he's solid. He has good advanced equipment - a shirt with Field General and gloves with Tight Spiral (not equipped yet). Willing to take advice on the build. I stay very active in this game.
