LVL 46 CB Mike Maddux is up for grabs after his contract runs out on day 40. On day 40 I will either bump this thread or start a new one.

UPDATE: Just won championship with team and would like to emphasize my desire to go to a winning team that has a chance to win a championship as well.

Here are some things:

* Need money to cover 1 LVL 40 upgrade, and 4 LVL 48 upgrades...

* 1 year contract preferred

* No leagues lower than AA

* MY WR IS BEING RETIRED SO DON'T ASK ABOUT HIM!

* Don't have to start would like too though.

* Prefer winning teams to teams trying to rebuild.

The Calera Eagles are in Canada AAA#2 Eastern Conference. We started in Season 2 and have the same management and a lot of the same players. We have been a consistant winning playoff team with great ownership and are finacially strong with a fully built stadium and a fanatical fan base.

Like I stated earlier we have been a playoff team every season except our first in AAA where we struggled a little to the new AI and competetion. We turned things around in season 8 and went 13-3

We have in depth scouting and game tactics for every game. These are posted in our team forums the day before every game. So everyone has a chance to do their own scouting and give their opinions on how we should run our offence and defense. We encourge player involvement in our scouting as this will only make us better as a team.

All equipment upgrades will be paid for!

We are loosing our lvl 51 CB due to retirement. We are looking to add depth to our secondary. We run a 98/99 sub in/out % so everyone on the deptch chart gets plenty of playing time.

I'm the Owner of the Barcelona Assassins. We have a very good team that went 13-3 this season and lost in the Conference Championship in OT because of a bad AI. call on 4th down.

We're looking to upgrade a few positions so we'll be even better next season and hopefully bring home a Championship. Here's the run down about our team and what we can offer.....

POSITIONS WE'RE LOOKING FOR

CB
FS
WR
TE
GUARDS

These are the main positions we're looking to upgrade at this time. If you have a player that is leveled 40+ more than likly he'll be a starter depending on his build. We're also looking for good player to give our team some depth at other position.

CONTRACTS

We'll offer a fair contract to your player/players that will end next season on day 40. I have no problem with offering a "no trade clause" also. I'll also offer a signing bonus between $200,000 to Max.

TEAM

Season 8 was our 3rd season in GLB. In those 3 season we've made the Conference Championship 2 out of those 3 seasons including this season where we lost in overtime because of a bad defensive call on 4th down.

We finished the season 13-3 in the regular season and most of our team is returning next season.

We have a great group of player agents on the team that keep things very active.

TEAM FORUM

Our team forum is one of the best I've seen and I'm not just saying that because it's my team. We have all kinds of stuff posted to make sure everyone stays active and having fun.

I've had agents tell me that some of the stuff posted in our forum they've never seen any other team do and they really enjoy it.

TEAM JERSEY & TEAM PLAYER AVATARS

In the offseason I'm going to have team jerseys & player team avatars created for anyone that wants one for their player. I'm having the Fantasy Helmet Project make them so they'll be very nice.

STADIUM

Since we had homefield advantage through the playoffs this season we've been able to buy all the remaining sections for our stadium.

We only have the 2 very top sections to buy and we might be able to get those also. Can't right now until the other sections are built.

We'll have a lot of money coming in for equipment upgrades,bonuses & contracts.

UPGRADES

As I've said our stadium is pretty much complete so money will never be an issue. I'll pay for all equipment upgrades. You can ask any of the current players on the roster how I've taken care of their players. By having your players with all their upgrades only makes the team better and I wouldn't have it any other way since I want to win!!

PLAY STYLE

On offense we're pretty balanced. We have a great passing game & running game. You can check the season stats and see our QB threw for over 5,000 yards & 60 TD's. Our running game is also top notch.

On Defense we get after the QB. We lead the league in sacks and hurries as we had 1 of the best defenses in the league. Again you can check the stats to see how we stack up.

I don't want to give too much away but we have great OC's & DC's on the team that know what they're doing.

I have no doubt that you'll love being an Assassin. I try and keep contracts to 1 year deal so the agents can move on if they like but we haven't had too many want to play elsewhere.
