I am the owner of the Carlton Baggies. After being knocked out of the playoffs overnight we are now on the lookout for a new OC & DC. I was doing most of the game planning myself and would like to lighten the load a lot more so I can concentrate on the managing of staff, stadium etc.
We have a really good list developing at this season and some firm commitments to make it even stronger next season. We have added the construction of our entire level 2 of our stadium as well, so financially we should be very secure next season.
As an owner I have just extended my ownership of the team, so it will not be going bot. We have good agents on our team and plan to keep it that way.
Ideally we are looking for agents that have a good balance on offense. We have some quality backs in our team, but we also have some commitments to bring in some quality receivers from our agents and should be a dual threat team.
From a defensive perspective. I think we are maybe 3 depth players away from a championship winning defense to be honest. We have exceptional CBs and LBs and a particularly great DE. What we need is to improve our "depth players". I will be committed to this over the next 2 weeks, though I believe with the right game plans we have a side that can be equally adept at stopping in the air and along the ground.
