I'm early into my guy's build and i want to get some advice from people that know what they're talking about
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1320129

I have 8 unused skill points right now and so when i boost i will have 23 skill points. My original plan was to train strength until i'm able to softcap it, but now i thinking it might be better to just use those skill points right now to get throwing to the second cap. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

From what I've been told and it makes sense, don't cap anything until you've trained it to 30. So train your strength until 30. I just finally softcapped Strength on my QB, I brought throwing to the second cap, vision to the soft cap, and then just did Strength.

Strength before vision.

Get throwing to the 2nd cap, strength to the first cap, throwing to the 3rd cap (all while training vision). Then cap vision, then get strength to the 3rd cap while training confidence and after that it's just getting vision up and training the secondary skills.

I always train my skills to somewhere in the 23-30 range depending on if I can soft cap them yet or not. If I have 25 points saved up I'll soft cap it b/c the gains you get from leveling naturally will out-weigh the extra training. This way you can start training on other skills quicker.

I'd cap Conf way before Str. And train attributes at least to mid-20's before adding any SP to them.

1. Throwing
2. Strength
3. Vision
4. Confidence
5. Agility
6. Speed

I'm curious to know why you think confidence is so important. So he can continue to make poor throws instead of even poorer throws without the arm strength he needs?

TBH I'm still not sold on vision, my QB does absolutely fine without it at all but I know I'll need to up it as CB's start to pump vision. Let's put it this way, I'd rather my QB make the throws instead of being able to see where to throw the ball, but can't.
