I released him from his previous team as he hadn't got paid and there was no communication from the owner.
Non-booster , as this sim is regressing and it is no longer worthy of financial input , although i may be retiring a couple of my higher level guys at seasons end to recycle some FPs.
Developing as OLB but flexible enough to change plans to suit team needs.
Preferably 1 season or 2 seasons (end day 40) deal initially , to get a feel for the team as this season has been a complete washout for this guy.
