Has anyone created this? If not... I am going to make one for the community. But don't want to do it if it has already been done.

Strong-I versus 4-3, Cover 2 Defense
HB runs route.... Explain who covers the HB.
HB blocks.... Explain how it changes the coverage responsibility.
FB runs route.... Explain who covers the FB.
FB blocks.... Explain how it changes the coverage responsibility.
TE runs route... Explain who covers the TE.
TE blocks... Explain how it changes the coverage responsibility.
Cover 0... How does this change the above?
Cover 1... How does this change the assignments?

And basically breakdown each offensive formation versus each defensive formation. Please let me know if you have seen anything like this.

There's a lot of other factors as well...like...Cover 2, CB2 blitzes, who covers WR2? Does it change in Cover 1 or Cover 0? Will an LB pick up the WR's if you play Cover 3?

Yeah there are a lot of variables. That is why I think it would be good to have a guide like this. I haven't used Cover 3 at all... So I wouldn't know much about that... But I believe I could get a pretty good guide going for C0/1/2 for many of the formations.

I believe this type of guide would help a lot of users. Especially the DC... But may also help the OC as he could scout and find defenses that a team runs, and then find a play that may take advantage of a blitzer that they send out of that defensive formation.

So this type of guide could help both the offense and defensive coordinators.

I haven't seen such a guide but if you make a well detailed good one, you are a god.

Pretty soon the D creator will be out. I can see people selling their playbooks.

I can see scouting becoming a part-time job.

This would be a pretty large (and very valuable) project...but I am guessing the D-AI creator will make it obsolete?
