I boost him every season rain or shine.Currently working on stength and tackling.Wearing 1 piece of advanced equipemt (+3agility and +2 speed)He'd be quite the beast once he gets the other 3 pieces their level 32 upgrades.Those 3 pieces are all in speed but lack the level 32 equipment.Start him where you want.
How's that for flexability
Note I did'nt kill his build wasting points on SA's.I can also take off his AE and put on +4 speed to give him 86 speed.For VA's he has +6.25 in agi(quick) and now working on speed (track star)
