Is there any real way to force a defense? Specifically make the other team run a 3-4.

Not really.
I mean, if the other team has a 3-4 in their AI, you can consistently try to get to the situation that they use a 3-4...but other than that, there isn't a whole lot you can do.

The other team does have the 3-4, but I can't figure out what play we run that seems to force it. Guess its time to watch more replays. Thanks.
