imo, get throwing to 5:1 then strength to 3:1 or vice versa

TS to about 3-5 wouldn't hurt either - again, imo.

Take a look at my QB. He's built similarly to you, about the same stats.

I don't have any SAs atm, but the only dif between my QB and yours - besides the level - is that your confidence is capped, and my vision/strength are at 3:1 and my throwing is @ 5:1, 75.3 naturally.

I think maybe you should not be giving advice on QB's. Unless you're trying to sabotage other players builds on purpose, in which case I applaud your efforts.
