My build has base 68 agility and speed.

Tunnel Vision, Blitz or Change Direction
I have enough to fully upgrade 2 of the them. I was thinking Blitz and TV, but will they trigger together?

I heard you have to pick 1 or the other in that regard.

Change of direction is great imo, maybe paired with TV (to get to 10 easily)?

Help me out here..

I would do TV and CD

id say blitz and cd, blitz always fires cause your always blitzing, tv only fires when the "QB is in the DE sights"

Problem is I can only get blitz to 4 while I would be able to get TV up to 10 easily. Tough call

Not really. You can always get enough SP to upgrade your TV, amid very expensively, through boosting or what-not. But an AEQ like Blitz might come once in your career. Don't ever think it's coming back again when you throw more shopping tokens at it later.

Always get the additional skills.

Get both Blitz and TV in my opinion. CD is not as nice as TV.
