I've been running 100% -- Super Elusive all season.

I did great against crappy gutted teams but mediocre against the 'good' teams. Still managed to get a lot of TDs and rushes while being the second back in the offense.

What % should I run? 99%?

Between 99% - 100%, or between 99% and less? If the latter, I assume it's all dependent upon how much speed and agility you have, and how much your players physical measurements (I found one of these matter a ton with my DE as compared to a lighter DE with almost the exact same build). So, too many variables to suggest a hard fast number, IMO. I'd go as elusive as possible before your player begins to dance.
