1. Field (and optional stadium shadow) that you want: http://s473.photobucket.com/albums/rr98/saintedix/GLB/Classic/ (Fields and shadows by saintedix).

2. Mid-Field Logo: URL to the midfield logo you want. Also, which way to you want it facing?

3. Endzones: How you want the endzones to look.

4. Team URL

5. (Optional): Anything else you'd like added.
