What order these are processed?

Say I have 100 Block natural, then get a piece of AE that allows me to take it to 108. Is my SA modifier based on 100 or 108?

What if I have two pieces of AE, one that's block attribute, and one that's block %?

So multiply off base and add them up to get total attribute = Base + (Base*VA) + (Base*SA) + (Base*AE) ? tia LP
