Is +3 throwing worth buying?

I wouldn't buy it without something else on it like Pass quality or Field General, but I also moved my level 50 QB's custom equipment out of throwing this season too. It's just so easy to pump up throwing with the rest of his +throwing equipment, Laser Arm VA, Tight Spiral and his 2 pieces of AEQ with a combined +22% pass quality bonus (soon to be +24%) that I just didn't think he needed ANOTHER +6 throwing bonus so I moved it to a stat I thought could use 6 points a lot more.

If Bort removes the attribute based VAs, would that change your answer?

i would much rather have the PQ

I rolled a pair of gloves with +5% pass quality. No other bonuses. If I use it, my QB's throwing would be down to 93. Should I take it?

yes!

I currently have +3 throwing, Pass quality +8%, I rolled a +1 Pocket Presence SA, I would assume this would be the best option, and just upgrade it so I get the +3 Throwing and then the Pocket PResense.

That is a question, even though I didn't phrase it as one..which is better?

if your asking if PP is better than PQ i would say no.
