I just rolled both of these. I'm not really sold on either of them but I was considering the +3 Jumping with a Change Direction SA but wasn't really sure if it was worth the investment.

the CD piece seems better imho
unless you're on a team that blitzes w/ CBs the other piece is only good for the agility... and even if you're on a team that uses you for the blitz now, that doesn't mean you will be used that way in the future...
CD is pretty valuable after SC and SV

I was pretty sure that CD was going to be better. I'm just curious if it's worth getting or if I ought to keep shopping? Right now, I just have +3 Speed on my player.
Also, in the alternative, I could upgrade a piece of Closing Speed SA AEQ (no bonuses).

CD is one of your 3 primary SAs, so definitely that. It would be better if it was speed or agi, but jumping is an important secondary stat so its a solid piece.
