1st build

First build because you get more out of natural level ups. Each time you roll over a full point increase, the first 1 gets the equivalent of 5 sp (3rd cap speed, 2nd cap agility) while the 2nd WR just gets the equivalent of 4 SP because it only has 1 attribute at a cap, the 4th.
