I don't personally think you should make a "committee" or do any rankings. I'm sure there is a owner in the West capable enough of doing good power rankings. No offense to you but that's something a Owner should want to do.

The #'s one? I mean I understand it makes a certain accurate rank but god is it boring. Who cares about that.
