I like that a lot of soft capped already, but IDK if you trying to be a hard hitter or coverage SS... Speed/Agility/Vision should all be at 60 raw!

i'd get SPD and AGI both to a natural 60 ASAP, preferrably 68.

Agility should be at 2nd cap. VA's should be onsolidated to Track Star and Quick.
