Your confidence is much too low. Aim for confidence near 80 when you reach level 40. I'd get it up a couple caps. With your Calm Nerves at 7, you'll find that helps a lot.
Your agility needs to come up. I tend to soft cap my guys, but at least get it to 30.
Vision would help, but these others are priorities, IMHO.
Your punting is a little low, as well, but probably too expensive to do anything about, just put all your equipment there for a while.
