powski - IMO, put the SPs into speed and get it to the 68 cap. In the meantime, continue to train Agility/Vision until agility is 30 or so then switch to catching/vision. As mentioned before, make sure when you stop training agility that it is at 95%+ training so when you stop putting SPs into it you can train 1 more time for multiple free SPs.
Once speed is at 68, take agility to the 1st softcap. After that, you can decide if you want to take speed to 74, agility to 61, or catching to the first cap depending on what your team needs and your long-term plans. If you find you run low on energy, train some jumping/stamina.
Edit: After looking at the numbers again, you should be able to softcap agility at level 11 instead if you can get another point from training or BTs. Doing that first would yeild more free SPs than speed at the 68 cap, but either way would work well since you could continue to train agility further.
