EQ doesn't count toward scouting bars.

Talking about the scouting report bar on the top right of your player page.
Not talking about actual # of PD's in a specific season.

I *think* this guy will make it next level if I assign the points a specific way.

Plus with one more bonus token, he'll have +8 Supervision from just AEQ & Custom EQ.

Harris Woodson went dark at his LVL 46 boost.

He might have fastest to 60 pass def bar I'm not really sure, but I seen other positions hit a level 60 bar before 41
