hes my first GLB char so i'm not 100% sure how to build him since i'm new here. i got some idea by reading around and looking at other posts, but i'm still iso a little advice. i'd like to make a ROLB. also when should i add points into the SA's??

Don't put points into SAs until level 25-30. As an ROLB, you should take speed to 60ish and then do the same with agility.

Your EQ is in the right spot, but continue to spend SP's into an attribute until it costs more to upgrade.

switch to training agility/vision, use your SP in speed until it's capped, then do the same for agility and then vision.
