He's not being helpful. Don't put any more into SAs. As the ROLB, you'll be doing a lot of blitzing, so crank speed up to 60+ and then do the same with agility. Do not waste your points on anything else until you get those up.

thanks man, thats what i thought i had to do, so i will do that, and then when i get there what would you suggest to do next?

I may seem like a troll but I say retire and start over. There's little to no saving that thing.
Maybe it's my disdain for the Steelers talking...

Take speed and agility to 60 and then cap vision and tackling
train strength

by lv 24 You should have 60 speed/agility, 50 vision/tacking and 30+ strength

Then take speed/agility to 3 rd cap and get confidence/stamina/jumping up by training

Don't touch SAs before you have your speed/agility 2rd capped
