When beginning a DT build, should any of the initial skill points go to stamina? Or is it better to invest everything into agility and strength, and just train stamina (or not really worry about it) during D-league play?

IMO
For D-league:
Put your initial equipment in stamina. Worry about getting strength or agility to the caps.
Personally, I feel it is best to go to 61 or 68 with strength first while training agility/speed, then work on agility while training speed/stamina.

I do a lot of training speed/stamina on my DTs early on, so that gets the stamina up some. Might need a few SPs later on though.

To follow up, then:
--Do you bother much with vision and confidence for your DTs at the beginning?
--Do you train tackling, or mostly invest SPs in that?

My current plan for my level 16 DT is/was:
train agi on normal while saving SPs until I can cap it at 48
train str on normal while saving SPs until I can cap it at 48
Get agi to 73 while training spd/sta on intense
Get str to 73 while training spd/sta on intense
Get spd to 48 while training vis/jmp on intense
Get vis to 48 while training vis/jmp on intense
Then I stop and figure out my next move.

Sorry for not answering your question about tackling, I just leave it alone and let automatic gains get it up.

No worries, man. I'll take that into consideration as well.
