Right now im using some gloves that after being upgraded three times give me +3 agility, +2 jumping, and + 2 sticky hands. I just rolled some gloves with +1 speed, + 1 one handed catch. Would it be better to take one handed catch over sticky hands and would it be worth the -1 attribute i will lose?

I feel it is better to have AEQ with SAs in your player's tree. It is better to have a 7 or 8 in one SA than it is to have a 3 or 4 in two different SAs, better chance of it having a significant advantage. I'd keep the piece with sticky hands.
