I just sold my AEQ that gave my level 19 QB +1 Pocket Passer SA - Figured his level isn't really high enough for it to kick it.

I rolled a +2 Vision, Pass Quality +2% & upgraded it to where it's not a Pass Quality +8%

Anyone know if this +x% Pass Quality is worth a damn?

yes there are other threads in here people talking about that.. Pass quality = good.. I have +8 PQ as well. Id like to get another piece with that.

Load up on PQ equipment. +2 migh be a little bit low but its better than anything else. Later on if you get a +5 PQ then sell the old one, simple as that. I was lucky enough to get a +2 Vision and +5% PQ, it is now +9 Vision and +17 PQ !!!

Well it's a +2%, +2 Vision
