Actually the forum for those disappeared a few days ago...we're assuming Sam Bolster deleted it. He hasn't been very active for awhile. We set up a new forum, but lots of guys are pretty busy so it might take a little longer. Some people have their votes up already, and they should be out by tomorrow night.
