does super vision multiply a percent of your vision? or is it just in use sometimes?

doesn't multiply your vision it does what it says works in certain situations

Super Vision, not even close. My S did nothing until I pumped it. Although to be fair, I've never pumped the other two as high either.

At a certain point vision just stops improving, 6 supervision with 70 regular,and fairly quick speed and agility doesnt get me much stats, for FS at least
