Ok, so my SS just rolled a +3 Speed +1 Blitz SA piece of EQ. Now I already have a piece that was +2 speed +1 closing speed which I've upgraded so far to +4 and +2. They are separate pieces so i can wear both of them. I currently play on a team that has me playing pass a lot, they even put me at FS and I'm mostly a pass defending build. What should I do here? Should I buy this piece will it help me at all?

If your team is playing you in pass coverage, the Blitz SA isn't going to do much for you. I don't think that piece is going to be very useful.

I'd take it and ask your DC to start blitzing you more. 
+3 and +1, and separate aeq is hard to come by.
