Anybody done anything/seen anything thats helped?

Wish I could tell ya... my ROLB's blitzing success has gone way down this season compared to the last two, and I don't know what I should be doing to fix it. LTs just seem more able to block both the RDE and ROLB at least at first, so my ROLB gets bounced once and then can only get the hurry, if anything.

His first season playing at ROLB and he's done nothing minus lame ass hurries

Best bet would be more speed/agility depending on what it already is I guess. Maybe jumping or tackling might help too, but I don't know.

I don't know why, but I always get a chuckle from seeing it spelled like this. Probably because it's sooo similar to how Glasgowians speak.

Well, I wish I could also tell you. Really, it's a matter of shooting the gap properly and getting a good burst off the line. So maybe vision to see the holes if you're not getting blocked? Vision helps DEs/DTs with it, so why not LBs?

spot on. this is one of the 3-5 guys i'd take LB advice from along with wallysmith and mcfadden and a few others.

This practice also turned my DT into an elite pass rusher for several seasons.
