I have never seen the benefit of catching for WR or TE from BBB through Pros, so I would keep rolling, assuming that gear is level appropriate for your guy.

I just passed on a +2 Jump, +1 Jump Catch SA for this reason. Granted my TE is more blocker, but he still gets 3-5 targets a game, same as our receiving TE, and the drop % is very similar, even though he's got me doubled up on Catching pts.
