Yeah, Yeah i know i missed week 5 so sue me, i had too many papers to write for my school. So lets get this back on track.

Last Weeks record (week 4) 8-0
Overall 14-2

What we have learned so far:

1. Richmond and BCB could very well be playing for the number 1 seed late in the season.

2. Richmond and BCB could both be undefeated when they go each other.

3. They both have to run into Frostburg before they play.

4. We have 4 teams that are 0-5 whats the odds of 2 going winless?

5. All playoff teams right now have a winning record.

6. In the average lifetime, a person will walk the equivalent of 5 times around the equator.

7. Women are 37% more likely to go to a psychiatrist than men are.

8. Bold Prediction the bobcats will play in more then 2 playoff games this year.

On with the predictions!

1. Richmond Empire (5-0) vs. Deimon Devil bats (2-3)

On paper this game looks like it could be a close one. Take a closer look and you can see that Richmond is truly the class of the east. It would take a miracle or a lot of fumbles on Richmond to lose this game.

Richmond 60 Deimon 28

2. *Game of the Week* British Columbia Beasters (5-0) vs. Texas Presidents (4-1)

This game will be BCB’s first test all season. This is Texas shot to prove that they can hang with the big boys, which will happen first, a Texas win against an eastern opponent with a winning record or a BCB loss? My prediction is that BCB remains undefeated for another week.

BCB 45 Texas 7

3. Frostburg Bobcats (4-1) vs. Killians Irish Red (4-1)

Killians looks the part of a contender, but when you go to look at their schedule you see why. Beating some of the weaker teams while losing to the unstoppable force that is named Big Money in the west. The Bobcats, well they’re on a 4 game winning streak and are surprised that they are this far. Perseverance by the Bobcats will ultimately end this game.

Frostburg 60 Killians 6

4. Torrington Wildcats (3-2) vs. Minnesota Paladins (0-5)

What can I say about this game? Torrington coming off a horrible loss to the bobcats will seek revenge against the Paladins, I’ll be surprised if the Paladins hold them to under a 100.

Torrington 150 Minnesota 3

5. State College Cyclones (3-2) vs. Detroit Total Chaos (0-5)

SCC has done everything you can ask of them, beating the teams they are supposed to and losing to the ones they are supposed to. This week they get another crap team. One day Detroit you will have a winner, Not this season.

SCC 120 Detroit 0

6. Baton Rouge Bayou Bengals (3-2) vs. Alabama Anzacs (0-5)

Another team that gets to play against a slow build. Oh well the orange kitty cats will eat the Anzacs (what is an Anzac any way?)

Baton Rouge 150 Alabama 0

7. Texas Tech Big Red Spread (2-3) vs. Pahoa Wild Boars (0-5)

So its getting kind of lame with me keep using some type of bore when referring to the Wild Boars, so I’m going to try and refrain from using it today. Texas Tech will skewer the boars and have themselves a pig roast.

Texas Tech 60 Pahoa 0

8. Crooklyn Bombers (1-4) vs. Delray Manatees (1-4)

Both boosts up and coming teams that in a season or two will be considered serious contenders. Unfortunately these guys are fighting for the 9th place and out of playoff contention. I see the Manatees swimming away with this one.

Delray 35 Crooklyn 21

As always, please leave your arms and legs inside the ride at all times and enjoy the ride!

Erm. Took you this long to notice? See Dubya's preseason power rankings.

Bad news for Frostburg.

Barring a tie, precisely zero, since everybody plays everybody else. Odds of a tie between the two worst teams in the conference are vanishingly small.

. All playoff teams right now have a winning record.

This surprises you?

I sincerely doubt it, "the equivalent" of walking around the equator would require some serious diving equipment (most of that trip being on the sea floor).

I wouldn't hold my breath (unless you're doing the equator walking thing).

Can't imagine what paper you're looking at. Richmond will cover the spread and then some.

I'll take Detroit and the points (which means I'll take the points, since Detroit might as well not show up. Fortunately, SCC's backfield is too slow to run the length of the field 20 times in an hour).
