Why is this? Or better yet why does my Morale not go down? My Confidence is only 27. Do I need any higher?

lol...people have points in monster hit so it fires and in game morale=/=out of game morale.

confidence affects your in-game morale just like stamina affects your in-game energy

But my morale is always at 100 after the game.

That's your overall morale, it serves as a starting point for your in-game morale, which fluxuates a lot during the game. The only way that overall morale is affected is by winning (+1), losing (-1), and the "night out on the town" option in normal training (+???).

That explains a lot.
