I'd say the first. Most times you're not going to be lining up directly across from a WR, so first step won't be as important in terms of keeping up with them, because you're going to be heading them off from the opposite direction.

I wouldn't keep either but the first step one if probably better

it's a waste. Unless you're thrown in 1 on 1 coverage a lot you won't get to use it.

None of those are good, but First Step is the best of the SAs there.

what is a good aeq piece for a free safety? im trying to build him as a centerfielder that can fly all over the place.

+3 attribute and +1 SA (closing speed, supervision, change direction)

Settling for a +2 attribute and then one of those SAs is alright, especially supervision and closing speed since they're kind far on the SA tree for FSs.

I have a +3 agility and +1 swat ball that i've dumped 24 bonus tokens into but thinking of working on shopping tokens to find one with one of those 3 SAs

Got a +1 Vision +1 Super Vision, but my FS was already 10 in SV, so IMO that piece seemed super worth it... I'm sure I could/would have gotten better but this was a season ago at least, so I didn't know for sure at the time

EDIT: My SV has not worked nearly as well as I thought it would... as a FS, I figured that vision is probably either the 1st or 2nd most important attribute (unlike all of my previous owners.. F them for the record) I think if I continue to move my vision to about 80-85, he will be an amazing addition to any team

I started with a +5% INT chance and it's worked out well for me. It's up to +19% INT chance and I do generate a lot of turnovers. It's always hard to say what attributes to what, though.
