My TE is more of Rec TE, but blocking is still important in the run game.

meh, i wouldn't use it. I'd find something with a receiving SA or % catching bonus. Not sure how your blocking is but you'd probably get a lot more mileage by spending some SP on it if you want to improve your blocking.
