I've seen some talk of using quick cut to make up for lower agility. If you have a powerback with low agility and vision, is it detrimental to have a bunch of points in quick cut?

a few into quick cut is actually not that bad for a power back. I know people who got carried away with it, and I don't agree with this: power backs don't cut as much as elusives to need it as high. but i have no problem bringing it up to like 4-5.
