if you truly are an elusive back I would put 2 into Quick Cut and save the other SP (even though I would put the extra sp into vision)
Is speed at the 5:1 cap yet? Most Speed/elusive guys by the time they hit 40 have speed at or above 100.
He looks like he gets a lot of passes/screens thrown his way, It's interesting with catching so low and average carrying he only dropped 13 passes last season.
Overall a very nice build. VA's are perfect too.

if only elusive builds weren't absolute garbage compared to the powerbacks and combo backs when it comes to performance.

He's got 55 in strength though, and a couple in power through SA. I'd actually call this build more of a speedy combo back than a pure elusive back.

more quick cut. train catching and confidence. bring speed and agility to the 5/1 cap. keep putting VAs in quick

Yes, you need more Quick cut, confidence, vision and catching. work on them by training (get QC to 6) and keep adding points to get speed and agility at 74 (5:1 cap)

ok just put 4 sp into quick cut, so now its at 5, next i will get to 5-1 soft cap in speed, while firstly training confidence

Ya lol its more like a combo back with extra speed rather than a real elusive back.
