Whats the advice on building one? How high does catching and jumping has to be? Can he be a rusher as well with SA: dive 4 yards since we are putting points in jumping...

I really dont see a whole lot of reason for a catching FB. FBs are used to block, primarily run block. Build a blocking FB first, and soft cap catching around levels 25-30 to give the team an option out of the backfield / safety valve reciever. Not a whole lot of plays designed for FB passes, and TEs, HBs, and of course WRs are much better suited to catch and get some YAC.

But hey, it's your player!

Soft cap catching while on the D leagues, then work on carrying, agility, speed and strength in that order (Bringing them all to the soft cap). Put your custom gear in the carrying tree, and try to find a team that wants ya!

Don't cap catching first. Even if you want to be a reciever, go agility-carrying-strength-catching-speed. Work your majors, then your minor, then the skill that gets no natural gains.

Catching is a minor for FBs. It will go up a little when you level, that is why I said to softcap it first (ONLY if you, for some ungodly reason, want to build a receiving FB)

With a LOT of strength, carrying becomes far less important. I'm at level 49 and carrying is still barely 40.

Not going to be a reciever anymore since Qb wont pass it to me anyway lol. Going power rusher with 5th cap strength without Equids and with first cap carrying. with first cap catching, agility, speed and vision. train on the minor as well like stamina and blocking. Blocking is just enough for me to not look bad when blocking.
