he wants off my team because he ended up with 20 plays or so in the scrimmage games. I've tried to make the settings better but I've never really been able to do a true 50/50 split as I had hoped. (we didn't exactly have a ton of plays defensively in the previous game anyway) If he still wants out after today's game I'll grant his release.

FYI, you are not doing a very good job of advertising yourself in this thread.

I think it is apparent English is not his best/first language. I'm sure that is the issue since the Team Owner doesn't seem to hold a grudge.
