well, your vision is a little low and your throwing is significantly low IMO

You should be low 70s in vision, over 100 in throwing.

few more points in tight spiral might help too ...

If you re-work your EQ into vision it should help. Also, I agree, less swagger, more laser arm. Tight spiral will also help. Get your Throwing into the 90s and as close to 100 ASAP. I would get your vision close to 80 over the next 6-8 levels

what about advanced tactics, what works best...

I think its another knock on dual threat QB. I already had 40$ of my passes deflected last year and now I have to add a 20% pass thrown in the left field. I'll be happy if my guy throws for 40% this season.
