Hmmm
that is odd...
It looks like a 4-2-5 cover 2 , shift-->strong
Maybe it is a zone under? I really don't know.....But maybe it is a zone under and they both cover the TE cuz he is the only one in the zone....i guess that still doesnt explain why they both line up right over the TE tho...
Hope someone comes along to answer this! Good post.

I could see it happening if it was Cover 2, strong shift, with the LOLB blitzing. The MLB would have manned up on the TE I think, and possibly lined up over top of him, while the LOLB stayed in his spot and blitzed.
However, it doesn't look like the LOLB was blitzing, so I'm not entirely sure.

the AI was probably set up to where nobody was blitzing, so the two linebackers both covered the TE

Cover 1 zone I think.. Maybe cover 0 zone.. Sometimes the FS wont line up on a WR in cover 0 Zone..

I think the LOLB was blitzing, but has low vision. He started to the outside, if you watch it closely, then hesitates, as if he reads the play to the other side. Then he gets blocked.

I can't tell if he was or not.
