yer so close, i'd say you might as well get vision/strength/confidence to the second cap (in that order). Then i'm guessing, with your throwing as high as it is and the changes being made this season, you'll want to get vision even higher. And then after THAT hey, you already have all the other SA juiced up . . . might as well get Field General up.
