Recruiting for my upcoming Level-13 capped team has already started and we already have about one-third of a roster.
I need at least four GMs - OC, DC, gameplanning/scout and talent scout/build advisor.
This will be my first team, but I've been on this game since Season 1, so I've seen a lot.
PM with your GLB resume. Previous GM experience is a serious asset. Willingness to bring a player or two to the roster also counts big time.
